    I'm gonna be posting my progress from August 30th until today, October 4th and then posting on the last two days of my work-out. This is my 6th week on this workout, so I'm planning on starting up something new next week.

    --- Stats ---

    Height: 5'8
    Weight: 155lbs.

    --- Workout Layout ---

    Sunday: Run
    Monday: Run
    Tuesday: Leg/Shoulders/Abs
    Wednesday: Run
    Thursday: Chest/Biceps/Abs
    Friday: Run
    Saturday: Back/Triceps/Abs

    --- Diet ---

    8:30AM - Meal 1 - Mixed fruits, scrambled eggs, cottage cheese
    12:00PM - Meal 2 - Turkey on wheat
    2:00PM - Meal 3 - Turkey on wheat or natty pb on wheat
    8:00PM - Meal 4 - Protein source (usually 2 chicken breasts) and plate of salad, no dressing

    Post-workout (usually around 5) - Protein shake

    Side/Front Raises (SS) - 15x10/10 15x10/10 15x10/10
    Shrugs - 50x10 50x10 50x10

    I realize shrugs should be on back day, but my workout buddy insists we do them on shoulder day.

    Preacher Curl - 50x10 50x10 50x10
    DB Fly - 25x10 25x10 25x10
    Hammer Curl - 15x10 15x10 15x10
    Seated Curl - 20x10 20x10 20x10

    Keep in mind, these workouts aren't necessarily in the order we did them. My biceps started doing a weird thing after this workout, the weight I could do on the preacher decreased dramatically despite doing them before any other bicep workout.

    Tricep Cable Pulldown - 35x10 35x10 35x10
    Kickbacks - 20x10 20x10 20x10
    Lat Pulldowns - 110x10 110x10 110x10

    I'm not a fan of kickbacks, but I do them b/c my workout buddy likes 'em.

    This is where my preacher curl numbers took a massive shit.
