Yeah i know it's a calorie bomb, but here's what i went with that I think looks alright outside of the EXTREME sodium content.

    Take some metamucil. :dunno:

A general guideline i follow when in doubt is that fewer carbs, more protein is a good idea.

without cheese the bol is 330 cal 8g fat/28g carb/38g protein.

i don't see how that's a bad meal? that's like 72 cals from fat(20%)/112 from carb (34%)/152 from protein (46%) if my calculations are correct. a lot of sodium though, yeah

Chipotle salads (basically a bol with no rice and lettuce substituted) is a staple for me when cutting. It's a fast and easy way to get in fairly low/moderate carbs and high fats/protein.

I usually get double meat the macros are something like:

    600 cals
    30g fat
    28g carbs
    63g protein

Not bad at all. Sodium is higher than I'd like, but it's not going to kill me or anything.

sodium is fine. the meal he posted was shit for a "diet" meal. w/o the cheese its better. but still too low in protein for me. but I like to get shredded not just lose my spare tire. lol. anyhoot to each his own. that diet would not work for me.
