Does all the women who goes through with Natural Child Birth they get a Cut at the Vagina ? or its case to Case Base ?
Do they numb the place or they just go at it ?

No. Not all women have episiotomies. Some are completely natural, some get 'cut', some tear. Yes they generaly numb where they will be cutting.

episiotimies are generally given if the mother's vaginal opening is too small to pass the baby's head through comfortably. sometimes the doctor's will give one ahead of time to prevent tearing because its easier to stitch up a straight cut as opposed to a ragged tear.

but apparently they should be. 2 of my friends just had children within the last year, and both of them had some serious tearing.
i think when i have kids, if i don't have to have a cesarian, i'm going to request an epi just in case. i'd rather have a clean cut thats going to get stitched up quick and heal better than a crooked ass tear.

Some women have uber large vaginas and openings.

Giving birth is like taking a shit....... smooth and fast.

    I've seen these videos.

you often rip more if they cut you than if you go without...it is like taking a dish rag or sheet, twisting it then cutting a small hole in it....then give it a nice tug.....it will rip more....then take a dish rag, twist it up...then tug....it won't tear....I would rather take the chance of not having the cut then having it and ripping more than i would have without it....I don't know if that makes any sense, but that is how my midwife explained it to me and it makes sense.

they will usually try and massage the area and stretch it before they cut it.

If your doctor is any good he or she will not allow you to just decide you want one. They will assess the situation as it is happening and go from there. My wife and I had a baby a month ago and she didn't tear or need an episiotomy (yeah yeah bring on the loose vag comments). It is done on a case by case basis and some women don't need any stitches at all.

    Correct.

The Dr. plays around down there as the woman is pushing. Our doctor also had us do "loosening" exercises a few weeks before the due date. It seems to have helped.

    Another reality apparently
eh, i see threads like this and wonder how in the world some women actually WANT to give birth to a child.

I think after I saw RIPPED VAGINA, childbirth would never cross my mind again. :dunno:

I had a fourth degree extension. :o It's NOT something I'd want to go through again, but my daughter is more than worth it.
Trust me, labour pains (harsh as they may be) are easily forgotten.

giving birth for size queens is a matter of pretending that the baby is a large penis.

Then she'll be tricked into pleasure.

After all, there are women that relish not one, but 2 man fists in her vagina at the same time.

That's about the same as shitting out a kid......

    obviously not.

But I would say that having ur balls mistaken for a hacky sack is probably just as bad.

It hurts soo bad that u can't breathe.

    Now, that's pain......

My wife also just gave birth about 7 weeks ago. She did not tear or get an epsiotomy either. The doctor thought she might tear so she was gonna cut her and my wife freaked, "No please don't cut me." So the last push she just made her keep pushing and the baby came without tearing or anything.

We also did this perineum massage to help relax and loosen her perineum. It must've helped us as well.

And let me tell you that it is as tight as usual, no complaints here :bigthumb:

well, I don't have any balls so obviously I've never experienced that.
I can imagine that it would be a horrendous pain, but to compare it to hours (sometimes DAYS) of labour? I think it can hardly be compared. By getting kicked in the balls you do not go through hours (if not days) of extreme pain (contractions). You do not have to push a baby out. You do not have weeks of recovery time.
To say that to just imagine a large penis and miraculously the labouring woman will be in pleasure instead of pain is sheer ignorance.
