Are boneless skinless chicken thighs good for cutting? breasts are way to expensive, they're like $22 for 5 breasts when I can get 16 chicken thighs for $7.

That's a helluva difference. If I was on a budget I'd get the thighs, because dark meat is so delicious. Sounds kind of odd though, you can get 48 thighs for less than 5 breasts. Check to see how much a whole chicken sells for, and learn how to separate it.

there arent anything wrong with thighs dude.. just stay under your cals ...

on the plus side the thigs have more saturated fat which will boost your test MAYBE. make sure your getting your fish oil caps

they taste better but it's hard to stomach 10-12oz of fatty chicken when trying to hit 60g of protein. maybe I'm just a giant pussy but it makes me feel gross.

breasts are easier to eat in high volume.

    Canuk price on sale:
    chicken breast: 3.99/lb (skinless boneless)
chicken thigh: 0.99/lb (/w skin and bone)

All things considered, breast prob cost twice as much per protein. Taste juicier too.

i buy the thighs every once in a while - usually brown em on each side really fast on high heat in a skillet, then toss em in a pan with a lot of tomatoes, olives, herbs, etc, and cover & simmer over low heat for ~30 mins

I pay $2.30/lb for individually flash frozen breast tenderloins......and thats the expensive stuff

If chicken were $4/lb I would never buy it again. I get steak and fish for that price.

    yep

I actually find it easier to eat a large amount of dark meat than eating white. Even when cooked right, white meat just gets really dry and tasteless in the mouth after a decent amount of it Imo.

Here, in Northern Ireland, you get 4/5 breasts for £5. ~$8/lb

    It breaks my heart.
