i just got a bunch of perdue fit & easy breast tenders.

normally i don't like to buy in bulk because i live a minute from the store, but they were on sale for 3.99 /lb (shit is expensive by me, probably cheaper in other areas) so i bought a bunch. they're good, you don't have to do any trimming or anything.

I usually buy the Tyson frozen chicken tenderloins. Then I can just throw 5-6 of em on the Foreman and eat in 10 minutes. If i want to marinade then i buy the Perdue skinless/boneless. I marinade them in vinegar cause I use the Foreman and the outside doesn't burn with vinegar.

market day chicken. 12 pieces for 14 bucks I believe. They are always 4oz so I never even weigh them. Conviently packaged singly and they taste good too. I don't like buying big bags of frozen chicken, says you are buying 3lbs but its like 4 huge pieces and thats all it seems like.

I buy fresh and freeze. It seems like they add water to frozen chicken and it adds weight.

My gf works at a bar/restaurant so we got a box thru them. We got 48 for $48, and they are the big 8 oz ones too.

Whatever is on sale, and is straight white meat, breast, and extremely low fat. If you can get it for a few bucks a pound you're golden, then i'll generall buy a ton.

I have a local independent grocery store I shop at. These are great places to shop as you're supporting your local merchant and can often buy items much cheaper. I buy chicken around 20 at a time every few days. I pay 1.99/lb.
