Chest Workouts?

    What concentrated workouts can I do to work my chest area? I am lacking in this area and want to match it up with the rest of my body.

    On bench or anything that is supposed to work the chest, I don't feel it being worked and feels like my arms are doing all the work. I concentrate on contracting the chest but no difference.

    make grip on bar farther apart

    close grip = mostly triceps
    wide grip = mostly chest

    the bench doesnt seem to help me much, i concentrate on contrating the chest as i do it but nothing hits it better than the cable. I think ill stay on the cables until my chest develops more then i can actually have something to contract when i bench lol.

    machines dont contract as good as the cables imo. i feel it alot better and my chest is growing. i can position my chest and work where i feel the fibers working.

    maybe this can be a tip to guys with small chests starting out..work the cable machine until your chest develops some then can actually gain from bench.
