Hey. I just finally actually saw that video for pumping up a nice chest. While some of the things dude said (sorry i don't remember his name) were kind of obscure, (inner/outer pecs) his methods work very well. I was wondering if there were any vids for working shoulders more efficiently in terms of form and what not?

another comment is that it seems that was the first video to release, perhaps the next taping, if not aired already, will be of a different muscle group, guess you just gotta wait?

Good pointers, especially when he talks about "squeezing/contracting" rather then just throwing the weight up liek I see so many people do.

You want to keep your back arched while squatting, unless you really like spinal injuries.

At least he emphasizes the importance of full squats.

You want to sit back on your heels while squatting, I don't see how putting weights under your heels would help anything except to shift the focus more to the quads since it seems to me like that would have you pushing off the balls of your feet.

The problem I have when I go down _all the way_, with my back arched I have trouble keeping balanced. Is there some way to improve that balance or is it something that comes with practice and time?

Check your bar position, it may be too high on your back. Try sitting back on the way down. It's hard to describe but it'd be easier to demonstrate.

yep, pretend your sitting in a chair, then on the way up thrust hips outward to get the squeeze
