Chest looks proportional. You just need to get bigger overall.

Go heavier and less reps, when i was doing 5x5 my chest got a lot bigger. Also if the top of your chest grows, your chest looks a lot bigger overall.

    1) Before doing anything, fix the hair and mustache. This needs to be priority.

    2) Go heavier with less reps. This help stimulate some growth.

    3) Your arms look pretty thick, while your chest is lacking. This indicates that your triceps might be doing a lot of the work on bench. Try some heavy DB flat benching, and incline smith benching. These will isolate the chest more.
I also tend to let my tri's and shoulders do a lot of the work when barbell benching so I find heavy DB stuff helps fill out my chest.

    4) Start incorporating dips (weighted if you can) with a slight forward lean.

try reverse pyramid training...as in you do the heaviest weight possible for ~10 reps/failure first, then keep lowering weight and do the same thing for 4-5 sets.

better to knock out a few heavy sets while you're still fresh and not exhausted.

Thought you can only get dread locks when your hair is really short?

Care to enlighten? I am pretty sure you have to do it from the very beginning and thats why they are always so grimey, because you can't wash them.
