i see... i assume leaning forward more will hit chest more?
yes. straight down (or as straight as can be) would be tris
yeah. what they said. whichever you pick, just make sure you keep it consistent
doing your first 2 sets straight up and then leaning forward on your last set because you are tired is not optimal if you wanna do tri's more
yeah.. doing the dips slowly instead of fast also helps...
chest dips is a much wider grip with elbows out wide, you also tuck your chin and lean over more. Triceps is very close and straight up and down
