Chest day routine v.help

    Guys this is my current chest/shoulder day routine. Just gonna post chest though.

    I do this "routine" 3 days a week. I know it sucks and I need help. Posted what I lift just because thats how I wrote it down in log.

    Bench Press: 115lbs x 10 x 2Sets
    .....................135lbs x 10 x2Sets

    Incline(Smith, shoulder injury): 10 x 4sets



    Decline:115lbs x 10 x 2sets
    ............ 125lbs x 10 x 2sets


    Incline DB Press/Fly: 35lbs x 10x 2sets
    ................................ 40lbs x 10x 2sets


    Pec Fly Machine: 100lbs x10 x 2sets
    ......................... 120lbs x10 x 2sets


    Pec Deck Machine: 65lbs x 10 x 4sets

    i just do decline barbell and incline dumbbell every week hsugh

    OK guys...Im asking for help....not show boating my shitty routine?

    People are telling me to lift like crazy...so Idunno what to do.

    3times a week is too much. So is there any downside doing what Im doing? Its not like Im im soar or tired.

    It's preety good. You may want to add some Smith behind the neck shoulder presses to help with that injury tho. :hsugh:

    This forum is hilarious. This guy gets told thats not enough exercises, but there's been threads before where someone with that many exercises on a split routine gets told thats way too many. :rofl:

    No, no werd involved, that is way too much for you to be doing especially if your doing it three times a week. Fuck, thats too much to do once a week.

    When people say lift like crazy, they mean lift heavy, not do 3209320580932580 reps for one body part. Thats going to induce no strength whatsoever, you'll be lucky if you hit a 145 bench by the end of the summer on that routine.

    once a week, maybe twice if more then 2-3 days apart..

    Lift heavier. Eat more.

    Gosh dude, don't hit your chest 3x a week it's just silly. Do a split and hit your chest once a week 8-10 sets. Your chest needs to rest and heal inorder to grow.
