    Hey guys,

I have been working out on and off for a long time now, my problem is that when I get back into it, I usually hit the gym really hard for a few weeks, and then get "too busy." About 5 weeks ago I started back at the gym, but doing a every other day routine. Been doing pretty well, definitely getting stronger, no supplements. My only thing is that I have only been working on Chest, Arms, Shoulders, and just started working on Back. I have a pretty big gut, not from drinking, but just from being a little porker I guess. I know I should be doing some cardio to lose the fat, what do you guys think would be a good cardio routine? I hate running, and I need to pick up a knee brace from a stupid knee injuury I sustained last year.

    Thanks,
    Den

I don't see where you're doing legs... You'd be amazed at the progress you can make and the calories you burn doing squats.
    What is your diet like?
