What are some calorie free or really low calorie ways I can add some flavor to chicken, eggs, ground turkey, oats, and ground beef? I've been watching cooking shows lately and it makes me really want to spruce up my food, but I'm dieting so it's a little more difficult. Currently I just throw Frank's Red Hot sauce on just about everything because it's calorie free. Any ideas for sauces I can make or ways to prepare the food so that's really good? Maybe some spices that go really well with certain foods? Thanks for any input.
