I'm goin for a 3 day total body lifting plan for now. I will modify it as needed. I plan on doin the 4x8, and see how it works out. Here is what i got so far: Monday: Barbell Curl Tricep Pushdown Incline Press Cable rows Shrugs Squats Wednesday: Preacher Curls Skull Crushers Flat Bench Bent_OVer Rows Military Press Good Mornings Friday: Concertration Curls Overhead Cable Extensions Seated Flys Lat Pulldowns Barbell Upright Rows Deadlift I will be working out at home. I have a decent cable machine, 2 benches, and about 400-500lbs in weights. I needed some bigger ones though, i have too many 10 and 15 pound plates. I also will be adding abs in every workout. I need to lose some weight also so on my "off" days i will be running, playing basketball, etc. My diet needs the most modification. I'm a heavy eater!! I'm goin to drop all the snacks and pop ASAP. I know it will be hard, but i'm goin to push myself alot. I went today and bought plenty of chicken breast, tuna, bottled water, and a few other odds and ends. Now for the pics. Please be gentle. I have already lost 40-50 pounds, so i'm getting there.
