So does anyone know of any good software/utils for windows that will scan a wireless network and crack the WEP key?

I've been giving the task of upgrading all 33 Florida offices with wireless access points. I've been instructed to use 128 bit encryption and this ONLY, nothing more. I'd like to take a utility to prove how easy it is to crack this encryption..

Any good programs? Google and astalavista has disappointed...

Good article that was on slashdot a while ago.

I tried aircrack on my 128bit wep network at home and gave up after about 6 hours of capturing and cracking. With the amount of traffic that goes across the wireless side I would say it would be quite a while for someone to crack it.
