    I saw the thread title and thought it was going to be a squat video. Damn.

    Besides, not locking it out fully actually makes it somewhat harder. Keeping constant tension on the chest is a bitch.

    i remember this topic before, unless youre a competitive powerlifter youre probably just lifting to look good and with bench being a chest exercise the isolation without locking out and keeping constant tension is good. /thread

    you must be new. keep lurking. FYI not locking out puts the primary muscle groups under constant tension vs locking out at the top which allows, minimal although significant, recovery. constant tension is a better endurance gauge because recovery of energy substrates is minimized
