Well, I can't leave anything alone, so I put some spare parts I had into my pinball machine.

That's an Image Dynamics ID8 V.3 sub ran off of a cheesy pioneer 4-channel amp. It really adds a whole new tactile feel to the game

There's the new sub compared to the old "sub".

In the OEM system, everything just ran full range, but the built in crossovers in the amp let me fix that.
Next up is replacing the speakers in the backbox. ;)

did you change out the power supply??? i have one from a slot machine on my bench at work to test headunits, but it won't power up an amp very well.
