some info: smallest guy all through school, east indian, dads huge moms tiny i got her side. Current Info Weight: 115-120 Long term Goal: 170-180 Height: 5'6-5'7 I always thought i had trouble eating lots but i think i just didnt eat enough. Increased amount of food i've been eating with smaller meals throughout day and seem to be easily hitting what i use to while still being hungry. I decided to change everything up this year and instead of talking about doing it actually doing it. And i want to keep a solid track of everything. I dont know too much about working out other then reading archives and a bunch of other info all around. I'm still looking through splits/routines that i will try. I'll update this when i pick one Supplements: Multivitamin, and ON Whey chocolate I dont eat any Beef/pork, only chicken, lamb, seafood I'm determined and won't quit not anymore. Always up for learning, I'm white collar crew.
