    some info: smallest guy all through school, east indian, dads huge moms tiny i got her side.


    Current Info

    Weight: 115-120 Long term Goal: 170-180
    Height: 5'6-5'7


    I always thought i had trouble eating lots but i think i just didnt eat enough. Increased amount of food i've been eating with smaller meals throughout day and seem to be easily hitting what i use to while still being hungry.


    I decided to change everything up this year and instead of talking about doing it actually doing it.


    And i want to keep a solid track of everything. I dont know too much about working out other then reading archives and a bunch of other info all around.


    I'm still looking through splits/routines that i will try. I'll update this when i pick one

    Supplements: Multivitamin, and ON Whey chocolate

    I dont eat any Beef/pork, only chicken, lamb, seafood


    I'm determined and won't quit not anymore.

    Always up for learning, I'm white collar crew.

    So i defiently need help and i already know most of you guys are helpful.


    edit: I found a basic routine, Letifo's basic routine

    Just have to find out what the exercises idont know are.

    thats my goal bro. I plan to wakeup at 6:45, workout come home make breakfast, then make lunch then go to school.


    been eating nonstop, i have food in every class (roughly hour and a half) And never leave myself fully hungry. always ahve a content stomach.



    But bro whats a good split/routine? im mainly looking for one tommorow im just gonna do bi/tri's cause its easy to figure out what to do

    You need to read the bodybuilder sticky, that is a good routine for a beginner. Regardless of there goal.

    does protein powder go bad? i have some whey from last time i hit the gym (only a little bit enough to last til payday) but its probably like a year old if that

    and its in a diff container (mass buy of like 30 pounds and divided out)

    day 1 : start, wow im weak :(



    bent over row barbell 3x8 : 40
    front pulldown wide 3x10 40
    cable row 3x10 40
    behind the head 3x10 40


    :sadwavey: its gonna be a long road ahead



    breakfast:

    2 eggs scrambled, 2 pieces omega toast+buttered, glass of milk

    went to Popeye's bought 5lb ON whey Double chocolate, got 2 free shaker cups for $49.99


    Out of curiosity bought a muscle milk. $5 tastes horrible. Compared to the whey+water its > muscle milk.

    something about the after taste is gross.


    for lunch i had a Double chicken breast Pita with lettuce/tomatos/cheese/bbq sauce


    just got home and had my first taste of the protein.

    mixed very well with just cold water and tastes great.

    reason for the wide gap is i couldnt go to the gym yesterday cause of the meds i took.


    going later tonight

    breakfast

    2 pieces of white toast
    2 eggs
    2 breakfast sausages (90cal 4gP)
    1/4 rotisserie chicken
    glass of bottle house juice


    i have to figure out what im gonna eat for lunch. groceries arebare and there are no left overs.

    lunch
    bottle of bottlehouse juice (270cal 6g of protein)
    ON whey protein shake

    week liquid lunch

    plan on picking up a sandwitch onthe way to work

    Getting the hang of working out. Have to practice sqaut forms.


    plan on going today either to do chest or legs. Feel great, i feel bigger and its more defined then before but im still small.


    Although i weighed myself and I'm currently at 120. So my previous weight was lower.


    thanks guys, long road ahead but glad i finally got over being scared of what other ppl thought when i went to the gym.

    most people that i've seen that i know have been like good for you, and have given some solid advice.

    Breakfast

    6' Turkey Sub Double Meat + Lettuce/tomatos + Subsauce and Mayo
    2 chocolate chip cookies.
