I want to buy a decent amount so I know it feeds well through my gun. Suggestions on places?

Being a noob to the scene, I don't know if shooting regular ol' FMJ's through it compared to the gold dots would make a big difference in how they act. Someone can help me and clarify that as well. I'd rather waste money on cheaper ammunition and put a few hundred of that through the gun than spend extra money on gold dots if I really don't have to for range use.

    Thanks fellas. :wavey:

Different point of impact, more felt recoil, and gun tracks differently. To me your not doing yourself any favor by planing on using +p defensive ammo and then practicing with light target ammo.

Honestly I don't notice that much of a difference with +p 9mm. Maybe in a subcompact but not in my Glock 19.

I went into a local range and bought a box of 50 for $39. :ugh:

I'm going to a different range sometime this week and want to have a box in case the other place does not/wants more/etc.

Man, last box I buy that isn't bulk.

just bought some 124 +Ps from ammunition to go, not a bad price for a box of $50

better than paying $20 for a box of 20

I's in the D now. Westland is a hike unless I have a reason to be over that way.
