Whats the best meal, which is a balanced one with all the required nutritional stuffs, which is cheap and which u can eat on a daily basis. Oh and which can last for 1 week.

Am in uni and am trying to save on money on eating - instead of eating mc dos everyday(or in any other fast food). I also suck at cooking.

    Cheers.

if you wanna save money and eat balanced meals then you better learn to cook.

    pasta + chicken + sauce
    chili + rice
    mac and cheese + tuna
    hamburger helper
