Even though their prices have gone up, they're still not bad. I've ordered numerous MOLLE things from them. Just curious though, would my 10" SBR be too small to fit in this case? :dunno:

Just curious if anyone has one of these, and if that small of a rifle is going to move around too much inside of it (or make the ends of the case too flimsy?)

I'm thinking about buying one for my AK.

I think it just may be a bit too long. You're going to have a lot of extra bag hanging around. And if you fill those pouches the sides are going to get annoying really quick.

  3. I have that same exact bag, but in black. My AR is 31" long and it fits perfectly in the case. It also has straps inside that you can use to secure the rifle, but mine tucks neatly into the pockets for the stock and muzzle, so I don't use them. I imagine if your rifle was too short to tuck into the pockets you could just use the straps. It's a great bag.

I have the same bag in black. I use it for my AR and like Market Garden said, it is a great bag and I like it.

you'd be better off getting a smaller case. i have a 14.5" pinned AR and its lose in the 42" case. i should have gotten the 36

I got the 36" and it's just right. Thinking about picking up a 42 for S12 or M500.

Have to make a Sportsman's Guide order soon. CTD is out of most of what I need.

I got that same bag (but a 42") for my 20" RRA Coyote, which is a total of 40" long. It fits perfectly and has a lot of storage and straps for different stuff. Excellent construction too.
