Want a cheap pump just so I can throw some clays up once in a while. 26 or 28" 870 is high on the list, but is there anything else? Probably just gonna go used.

I use a Mossberg 535 with a modified choke, works good. shot a best 20/25 my 3rd time out..

  3. I use an old 870 Wingmaster in 20ga. I traded 2 old snowboards and $20 for it. My personal best with it is 21/25.

I've been using my 870 for a few weeks now, haven't been keeping score. My buddy uses his Mossberg Maverick 88, I prefer the 870 over the 88, I don't like the dual bead sight on the 88.

I shoot a beretta extrema 2 in 12ga or a h&k gold lion over under
I started with a youth model 870 and it did the job for years

I use both my 870 and Mossberg 500 for clays. the remington's got a 20" cylinder and the mossberg has an 18" cylinder, but has the 28" modified when shooting clays.

It it clays fine, did better in the hands of ZCP M3, but it hits clays. I have to play with the choke a little for trap. I really have to get used to a red dot for skeet.
