i have an Olympus C-4000. that camera has a fixed lens but you are able to buy adapters to add on additional lens. i found a bunch on ebay such as

im pretty sure these are low quality lens. but im wondering, what happens with a cheap lens? is the quality so bad that it isnt worth buying? thanks for the input.

On the message boards I read for my specific camera, people who have bought those titanium lens you linked to have actually been pretty happy with them. Sure they aren't the best you can buy. But for the money the people seemed pleasantly surprised by their quality. When you get them, just be sure to do testing of them before you take "important" pictures with them. for example some of the telephoto lens require more light, by means of longer exposure time or exposure compensation. And also for the adaptor you need MIGHT block the flash sometimes (i'm not sure where your flash is, so this may not apply to you specifically).

Also you may want to check out ritz camera, when I was shopping for mine they had reasonably priced ones I ended up going with cause I didn't want to do the whole ebay thing.
