    Bench
    3x5 at 85:wtc:

    Deadlift
    1x5 at 135

    skipped. yea yea i know bad but i couldnt barely walk

    Squat
    3x5 at 145 probally stay at this weight for monday

    Bench
    3x5 at 95 probally go up to 105

    Deadlift
    3x5 at 145 felt easy
