I've noticed I can't keep to the same routine for more than 2-3 weeks, is this good for me?

I've still noticed improvement both physically and through strength gains, but could I see even more progress if I stuck to a workout for 6 weeks THEN change it up? :dunno:

from what i've read, it's better to change it up more often that way you wont plateau. muscle confusion ftw!!!1

from what i've seen here, keeping with the same routine for a while is a good thing.

find a routine that keeps the basic structure but allows variation in the exercises done.
