Changing exercises?

    Is it necessary to change up your exercises every once and a while? Sticking with the same muscle group obviously, just different excersise?

    If so, how often?

    I like to change it up when I start stalling on my lifts. Like Flat Bench ---> Dips ---> Incline Bench ---> Military Press.
