I'm using candybar to chnage my dock icons (trash can and finder), but it's not working. I relaunched the dock and restarted but the icons stay the same.

oh and the trashcan will actually switch to the one i chose if i empty it :dunno:

    Help :noes:

did you restart it by doing the terminal command "killall Dock"?

open Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal then type in "killall Dock" exactly like that. case sensitive and everything

the icons usually change when you relaunch that particular app. if it doesn't, drag that icon to the trash and place a new one there

restarting the dock doesn't always do it...go to the apple menu and choose Force Quit. Inside there, select Finder then click relaunch
