Chad Waterbury's 10x3?

    I was reading through the large section of workout regimens under the archives and saw that many people made abig deal about the 10x3.

    I just got back to the gym last week and I'm looking to switch up my routine from the typical.

    Has anyone used this program with substantial results?

    Would you guys recommend a different workout regimen for building mass and dropping body fat?

    Building Mass and dropping bodyfat. Just add cardio to the routine stickied at the top of the forum. I've put on noticeable mass though my strength gains seem a bit out of wack.

    It doesn't seem all intense? Im not sure. I feel like i do a more intense workout at the gym currently
