I've got to make a pretty basic CGI script that submits the following to an e-mail address:

    Contents.
    1. Name
    2. Company Name
    3. Phone Number
    4. Email
    5. Product (we'll get you a list for EVERYTHING we print, so the client can just click a box of what type of printing they are looking for)
    6. Do you have artwork? (yes or no)
    7. If yes, if your artwork print ready?
    8. How did you find us?

    SUBMIT

I've googled info on it, but would like to ask OT first. Any recommendations/links/tutorials/scripts would be greatly appreciated.

This is all you need. Free script that is already written, all you need to do is create an HTML/PHP form that submits your requested fields and have that form POST to the CGI script. Piece of cake, should take you less then 10 minutes to do.

Here's how I want/need the system to work:

A user will sign up, their contact information will be compiled in a database, and from there, mass e-mails can be sent out to all in the db.

Use mysql, build a simple database, have the data sent to it instead of an email ... you might wanna look into something that is already built, PHPLIST maybe ...
