My wrists are killing me today. Any methods to avoid this? I'm using a shoulder width grip...

Hmmm, usually that fixes the problem.

Go with lighter weight, it's obvious your wrists are not capable of handling that strain.

So you keep your wrists straight? Cause I let them fall back a bit. Maybe that's my problem?

    What about an underhand grip?

That's probably the source of the problem. You need to be gripping the bar tight

the problem is that your elbows are flaring out and you are putting strain on the inside part of your wrists...if you use a shoulder width grip and tuck your elbows, your won't have wrist pain.

Do CG rack presses instead of CG bench.

I'm tucking my elbows hard. I'll look up the rack presses.

I forgot all about tucking and not flaring. I also tuck, it prevents me from bending wrists.
