I have never got a tat yet, but i've wanted some type of celtic cross for a few years now, and I know i'm not gonna get some USN shit, but I was just wondering how much am I looking for a like maybe 6x8 tatoo on my upper arm, a few hundred? I'm thinking something like this one

not QUITE that much detail, but not plain either. Also what about swimming in the ocean with new tattoos?

Yeah, don't swim until it's healed. So, probably 2 weeks, give or take a few days.

Also, cost can very greatly. Don't cheap out! Do your research, view any potential artist's portfolio, ask for recommendations, etc. You might find somebody who does it for $100 but then, when it ends up looking like a big sloppy blob on your arm... you're really going to wish you'd paid the extra few $100s to get it done right.

I'm typically not a fan of crosses, but that one is amazing :coold:

might have better luck actually going to the artist to talk prices... show him what direction you're heading and ask for a quote.. :dunno:
