cell phone number trace?

    so there is this guy stalking my girlfriend and he messed up once, he forgot to block his number, i have his number but not his name, i was wondering if anyone could help me find a site that will give me his name or address from his number, but it needs to be free, i dont want to get the police involved cuz im not sure what this guy is capable of doing, i want to get it handled before its too late. oh the number is a t-moblie.

    I think that's a messed up situation as far as whether or not to call the cops on him. Could result in a bad incident either way, so consider all possibilities. Might as well try to call the service provider and check if they can give you info, or at least block his number. Don't forget to post pics of your girlfriend.

    If you are dead set against using the police, you could google the number. If he ever used it for a want ad or anything it will come up. Or, find a friend that works at a T-Mobile store and have them look up his account.

    hhhmmmm maybe it's different in canada, but you can't block #'s on a wireless service unless you turn off unknowns or people outside your phonebook. Also, if I don't own the phone number, now can I take it to another carrier with WNP. Verizon surely wouldn't let me take something I am renting from them over to Nextel, would they?

    By the time the cops get to your case, the guy would've had done something bad. Just as bargod said, get to know someone at the t-mobile store and look up his info.

    Yea, I too would suggest changing the number if you don't want to get too extreme.
    If you want to go all the way, report it to the police and file a restraining order.
