CEE + Water weight?

    I have the CEE from anafit, the pills.

    the blue ones. Never really even used it. Im prepping to go for vacation in 2.5 weeks and am cutting. Should I take the caps of CEE to sort of "fill out"? I DO NOT WANT WATER WEIGHT, however.

    I don't think CEE puts on water weight like creatine monohydrate. Could be wrong though.

    I haven't felt bloat, I've gone through almost half a kilo. of powder. cee. lol

    I've gone through like 4 bottles of the CEE from anafit and haven't noticed any difference of bloat when taking them versus when I'm not

    Hypothetically, CEE is more permeable to cell membranes, allowing a greater degree of absorption as opposed to monohydrate. And since it is the unabsorbed creatine that results in 'creatine bloat,' it should be noticeably less.


    I don't think the bloat is totally eliminated though, since 100% absorption is highly unlikely.

    I never noticed any bloat with CEE. I do with mono though.
