I prefer CEE.
But mono works just fine for a lot of people.. plus it's a little cheaper. Take 5g a day, every day. If you dont see results from it you could always try CEE.

That shows what CEE is correct, but not which is better, mono or cee.
Creatine Trihydrate works pretty well for me.
are all creatine mono equal? any brand to recommand?
mono actually has research behind it and it's been proven to work.

mono. the water retention issue is highly exaggerated. most people fall back upon that as a scapegoat to their high bodyfat
I think the advantages that CEE has over mono (listed in that thread) show that CEE is better.
all of which are proven, right?
then why not just use CEE and avoid the loading phase and the higher per-day dosage?
I've seen studies that show CEE better volumizes cells and leads to more 'work' by muscles in practical tests -- bench pressing + leg presses in two groups, one using mono and one using CEE..

there's people that just take 5g a day
1) you dont need to load
2) 5g dosage is far cheaper than any CEE product
3) wtf is the diff between a teaspoon and 4 liquid capsules?

Which one doesnt' have water retention, CEE or mono?
Supposedly the CEE, I have been taking mono for years early in the 2000's and just started again in the end of the summer taking creatine mono again. I had Anavol and the shit made me twitch and feel crappy.
both are pointless IMO.
what kind of improvements have you guys had with CEE?
