CEE because it doesn't give me cramps.. plus it's only a tiny bit more expensive if you know where to look

    PureCEE :)

mono works fine for a lot of people, CEE tends to provide the same benefits with less sides (particularly bloat and stomach issues).

CEE tends to provide benefits to those who are mono "non/poor reponders" (though it will not help those with inherent creatine metabolism errors- a rather small percent of non/poor responders)

you might want to give it a try, if you are a mono responder the main difference will be with bloat (less bloat) though more often than not you will get better performance effect.

i've tried CEE and felt nothing, then I spent less money on mono, it mixed with anything, and the difference was noticeable though it was slight. But that's the case with most OTC supps that 'work'

i went to buy some cee from the vitamin shoppe and the guy there that was huge told me to buy this kre-alkalyne stuff instead because it had a much higher absorbtion rate than any other types of creatine. so i bought it like a sucker. its only been about a week so i wont know until later if its any better or not.

I've been getting headaches too, I think it might be from dehydration but I don't know.

purple-k? I have heard people say that it works really well, plus it's pretty easy to take. Never tried it personally though.

for clarification i didnt mean it did nothing, i meant that it didnt provide me a benefit over mono, and mono is cheaper so i just use mono.

I got 2 bottles of kre-alykyln (spelling?) for a really cheap price. Basically the results are no different to CEE.

If you can get it for the same price, then maybe you should do it since it's easy to take 2 pills rather than have foul-tasting CEE

But if it's more expensive than CEE, don't bother
