Has anybody ever heard of CEE weakening the immune system? The reason I ask is because in the last 60days that I’ve been taking CEE (Cre-Ethyl THUNDER specifically) I’ve gotten 3 colds. Now I feel like I have done a fair amount of research and have taken monohydrate in the past on several occasions and never experienced or read anything indicating that Creatine would influence anything to do with the immune system. Maybe I have another underlying issue, but I usually get one cold a year and I’m set, I eat right and am at the gym 5-6 days a week. I just don’t get it. Possibly over training? I just don’t know, the only other supplement I take is whey. So I turn to you guys, any ideas would be appreciated.

That looks like hell to read. But I don't have any info on this, I'm still trying to kill my supply of monohydrate.

Not unless your creatine is contaminated.

maybe, increase in working out is making your body more tired= weaker immune system? are you getting enough rest?

or maybe the new evironment that you are in (the gym) has sick people there?

    could just be a fluke.

on a side note, i've had a cough for about 2 months. worst cold i've gotten in years. only cold/flu i've caught all year. (last year)

I've used nothing but Omega's Cre-ethyl thunder and have had great results.

It could be the other things you do. Like when you're working out do you touch your face a lot? If so that's almost the most common way to transfer bacteria.

maybe get on a good multi and/or some vitamin c or something.

It is not the creatine... it is something else.

This is cold/flu season, so do not be suprised you have contracted many colds recently. This could be attributed to MANY reasons, in fact, too many to list... but no, it is not the creatine.
