CEE Questions.

    Young here, 15 almost 16, looking to build some muscle/mass.

    I tried Creatine Monohydrate for a while and I got kind of sick of drinking it all the time.


    I've heard Creatine Ethyl Ester works better, and its in pill form, so what are the other advantages? Common side affects? The best brand? and how often/when do I take it?

    Is there a loading period with CEE? And is it pill form or what? Cause I read something that said it was, and then just now I read something saying "take 1/2 teaspoon... "

    there's no reason for a loading period with any creatine....companies just say that so you use the product faster

    There is no loading period. Depending from which company you buy it could come in pill or powder form. If you didn't enjoy drinking the monohydrate I'd suggest going with the pills, though it will cost you more.

    there are 11ty billion threads on CEE in this forum

    but

    I take 3g CEE pre workout every day - before my lifting session on cardio/lift day (cardio am, lift pm) and before cardio on my straight up cardio days.

    just buy Bulk Nutrition's CEE powder. its mad cheap and the taste isnt as bad as people put it out to be, ya just take it like a shot.

    but you are also 15 years old... your goals should be attainable through diet. but then again, i can't say don't as I messed around with all kinds of shit at that age.

    I wish changing my diet was that easy, and I'm skinny.
    But due to ADHD medication, I dont have much of an appetite during the day, I just eat a big breakfast and dinner. Stopping the medication is out of the question, so I need anything thats gonna help build mass on top of trying to eat more.

    start forcing down meals man. you can take as much creatine as you want, but you aren't going to put on size eating two meals a day. you are at the age where dedication will go a long way - look at Pur, he was bringing a cooler with meals to school every day when he was 16.

    i know ADHD medication curbs your appetite, but you just gotta start getting nutrition into some how.


    I'd say powder form... its cheap and will last a long time. goes down easy with some OJ or gatorade
