CEE questions

    Ok so i just started taking CEE about 2 weeks ago the first time i took it i took the "recommended" amount which is about 3 grams, i felt a pump but now i've been continuing to take it and i take it 30 minutes prior to working out. I dont feel as big a pump as i did before... is it because i'm eating about 2 hours before working out. or is it in my mindset. i mean i havent noticed huge gains but it still seems like i'm slowly rising. too early to notice much?

    should i up my dose to around 5?

    i dont take cee for any sort of "pump" side affect, it'll make you retain water in ur muscles and overall (not gym pumps) you'll look a bit bigger. you can try going up to 5g a day, but 3g should be fine. *shrug*
