CEE or creatine monohydrate?

    abcbodybuilding says that creatine monohydrate is "the only acceptable form of creatine but i see a lot of people on this site are using CEE now. what do you guys think i should go with? also what would be a good pre-workout shake, something to give me more energy? i think glutamine should be included but i really don't know if that gives you energy and if i should only take it before or both before and after working out.

    are there drastic differences between cee and monohydrate? I just started using creatine for the first time and bought the monohydrate one, should i just suck up another 30 bucks and buy the cee, are the differences going to be that big?

    why?

    and are the doses different? from what i've read for monohydrate it's 25 grams every day spread out 5 times a day for loading. then after that 10 grams a day split into two doses (one when waking up and one post workout.) is CEE the same thing? also what's a good brand? 1fast400 only has one type that i see and it's in pill form.

    but how are the doses spread out? and do you do a loading phase?

    aside from the side effects how is the effectiveness compared to monohydrate, better, worse?
