    I just recieved my order of BN CEE.

    How much and when(pre/post workout)?

    I bought 2 gallons of Gatorade to mix with it.

    I use 3g pre and post workout

    2g pre and post should be fine for you, one 2g dose on off days.

    and dosage information for mono does not translate to CEE - no 'loading' stage (though you really dont need it for mono, either), dont have to take as much, not a lot of sugar, etc

    Also where do you throw in Protien shakes and other stuff(Fish Oils, Multivitamins)?

    i take my CEE, check my gym bag, fill my water jug, make sure my ammonia is still potent, check my mp3 player batteries and go to the gym. so 15-25 minutes pre?

    noob sticky and archives would be beneficial at this point.

    I take my multi with breakfast. fish oil according to the dosage on the package and shakes throughout the day. most importantly following lifting. shake + glass of gatorade is my post workout nutrition.
