Bulk nutrition didn't give me any directions on how much to take. What should be my daily totals, and how many servings should I take each day? Some say 2g, some say 5g of cee, and the di-arginine dosing is anywhere from 3g-15g. I don't know how much to take of either. Thanks for the help. I googled this shit, and got crazy different answers. I don't want to die or anything.
