cee & di-arginine dosage

    Bulk nutrition didn't give me any directions on how much to take. What should be my daily totals, and how many servings should I take each day? Some say 2g, some say 5g of cee, and the di-arginine dosing is anywhere from 3g-15g. I don't know how much to take of either.

    Thanks for the help. I googled this shit, and got crazy different answers. I don't want to die or anything.

    when i took the primaforce arginine their scoop was 5g per serving. I did that once in the morning pre workout. Then tossed in a little post/ or mid day. I noticed that my veins would just swell like they were going to explode or something. I noticed that it'd raise my heart rate just a tad if I took it before bed and I could sleep like that. Other than that, pretty good stuff.

    I'm currently taking Cellmass. Directions say 3g twice a day.
    I just do one and a half scoops (4.5g of CEE) immediately after my workout.

    So I should take this stuff after my workout, not 30 minutes before? Bulk nutrition supplies no dosage data.

    I'm really not sure.
    I take caffeine before my workout and I vaguely recall something about not mixing caffeine and creatine. So just keeping them apart at least.
    And I used to always take regular creatine mono after my workout.
