I've been taking monohydrate off and on for years and today I switched to CEE. About an hour after my workout, my toes started cramping/charlie horses. Now it's moved to my legs. Anyone else experience this?

Not sure how CEE is, but if you aren't drinking that much water I would start with upping your water intake.

Also, try eating a banana. They're a good source of potassium and I've heard potassium helps with muscle cramps.
