I want to learn some techniques mainly for myself and training partners, wondering if you know of any good books that are based on ART?

If you've never had ART you are missing out! My doc did an amazing job on my shoulder and is helping me with a shin issue that prevents me from running due to severe amounts of pain in my shin area. Prolly gonna end up in custom footbeds among other things cause the shoes/superfeet insoles I got at fleet feet just aren't cutting it.

Thats def a factor but I pronate really bad and have really flat feet so that doesn't help my situation any. I had the same issues at 190 that I have at 240. I'm dedicating myself to leaning out (the right way this time) so with some ART and proper footwear along with the weightloss I'm hoping the pain will go away.
