You seem to know a lot of injury prevention and rehabilitation authors and stuff, i have been having back problems for a while, i had 2 injuries where i tore a lot of muscle tissue twice within 3 years and was in bed for a week on this last one. I don't know where to start as far as exercises for this type of injury, my doctor gave me the obvious pamplet of stretches and stuff, was wondering if you knew of anything better. I looked at the magnificent mobility, but it looks more geared toward flexibility and injury prevention? thanks.

Probably gonna pick it up too...
Lower back is acting up again... hot shower seemed to relieve it a little.

Of course it came back worse after I still went to the gym and did some cleans. Fucking idiot.
