    First of all, im not looking for any hell for my training not being good enough or anything. If there is a brutal mistake that you think i should fix, kindly tell me... you dont have to flame me.

    Im starting this to mainly see any progress gains, and keep track of what ive been doing. Im 6'2 190 pounds with a sprinters body. I have been lifting on and off for a few months but now im trying to get serious

    (wrist felt like it was about to snap)

    burntout- 2 sets of 40 pushups
