    Alright, as of today (March 6th, 2005) I've been cutting for a while now and I'm down 20lbs or so. But since this forum just got created and I'm just starting this log we'll wipe the slate clean and go from here.

    Current Stats - New stats in red as of 10/14/06

    Height: 6'1"
    Weight: 280lbs - 293
    Bench: 350lbs - 445
    Dead: 525lbs - 605
    Squat: ? I have to go light because of an injury - 635

    Target Stats (Not sure when the target date is, these are just my current goals)
    Weight: 250lbs
    Bench: 500lbs
    Dead: 650lbs
    Squat:700lbs

    All lifts are raw (no shirt, belt, etc).

    Current Split
    Mon: Chest
    Tue: Back/hamstrings
    Wed: Shoulders
    Thu: Quads/Calves
    Fri: Arms
    Sat: Off
    Sun: Off

    Supplements In Use
    Blackstarlabs WPC-80 (basic whey protein)
    Animal Nitro (BCAA's)
    I just ordered some CEE and Di-Arg Malate from 1fast so we'll see what thats like.

    Daily logs and diet progress will begin tomorrow, Monday March 7th.

    No lifting today because of a food poisoning incident. I didn't think it'd be a great idea to go lift having not eaten any solid food all day and feeling like shit.

    Today was an interesting day because I was still sorta weakened from my episode yesterday and nearly felt like puking by the end of the workout. I was going to do some barbell bench but the benches were monopolized by groups of fuckers who spent the entire hour I was in there benching with horrible form, but what else is new?

    Still sick from earlier this week, havn't eaten much at all this week so I'm lucky to make it to the gym. My workouts are suffering somewhat, but not horrible.

    Arms

    V-Bar Tricep Pushdowns
    4x10 with the stack (150 I think on my cable machine)

    DB Tricep Extensions
    2x10 with 30's
    1x12 with 20's

    Rope Pushdowns
    3x10

    E-Z Curls
    3x10 with 35's on each side, whatever that is

    Wide grip straight bar curls (pinky's on rings)
    3x10 with 65lbs

    Rope Hammer Curls
    3x10, 75, 65, 55lbs

    You hear that? Thats the sound of my strength going STRAIGHT TO HELL. GODDAMN I JUST GOT BACK FROM THE GYM AND I'M FUCKING PISSED. MY WORKOUT WAS SHIT, MY WEIGHT IS UP, AND I WANT TO KILL SOMETHING. lc

    I don't understand. I was at 270 a few weeks ago, then I go back up to 276. I get sick, eat probably less than 1500 calories a day for a while, and my weight goes up to 286, where it was today. On top of that I got 2 hours of sleep last night because I was studying for a goddamn test so my workout today was SHIT, FUCKING GODAWFUL SHIT. I SUCK.

    Didn't get to lift much last week for various reasons so my training has gone to shit basically.

    Weight: WTF @ 308? I've been eating less but havn't been lifting or doing any cardio, I'm hoping its just water.

    Continuing my string of shitty workouts, today I have an awful headache but decided to lift anyway. This was not very fun but I was able to put some work in at least.

    Rear Raises (I was going to use cables, but 3-4 fucks had the damn thing monopolized the whole time)

    Whew, first workout after a week off (Spring Break). Things went a lot better than I expected considering what I did the week before. So I decided to jump back in to things heavy but not go too crazy.

    Today was also pretty intense because there was barely any rest between sets, just enough time for my partner to do his, change the weights, and go at it again.

    How is CEE? Did you get it yet? Id like to know how it is compared to say Swole v2 or anyother type of creatine.

    Tuesday 4/12/05, wasn't really feeling the workout. The intensity and focus just wasn't there, in fact I felt tired before I went but decided to stick it out anyway. Nothing really heavy or over the top.

    Heh my weight keeps going up, 312 as of last night. Cardio is gonna start as soon as I get off my lazy ass and get into a routine, but I also have finals coming up so school is kicking my ass right now.

    Missed Monday's usual chest workout so thats what I did today Tuesday 4/19/05.

    Yeah that was not a good day for me. Lifting while sick and sleep deprived is not a good combo.

    Update: Only lifted once last week because of a shitty week school-wise, way too much work to get to the gym consistantly. However I only have two more weeks of school left and after finals I'm turning it up to 11.
