Causes of muscle cramps...

    I'm caffeine pre workout (up to only 100mg) with tyrosine and green tea extract. Also taking CEE but apart from the caffeine. As well as a magnesium, potassium, and taurine combination. And drinking about a gallon of water per day.

    Anything else I'm doing or not doing that could be causing it. Mostly its my chest or forearms that seize up.

    shit dude, you need more water than that

    I drink usually 3/4 of a gallon simply during a workout

    up the taurine + potassium and go for a gallon and a half..
