    bodyfat and weight as of january 18,2006
    19.1% @ 5'10" 200 lbs

    monday january 16th.

    upright rows
    3 x10 @ 40lbs

    shoulder shrugs
    3 x 10 @ 40 lbs (each dumbell)

    seated rows
    3 x 10 @ 85lbs

    lower back extentions
    3 x 10 @ no weight

    chest press (hammer machine)
    2 x 10 @ 70lbs
    1 x 10 @ 90lbs

    then 2 hours of football

    leg curls
    3x10 @ 100 lbs

    leg extentions
    3 x 10 @ 100lbs

    leg press
    2 x 10 @ 190
    1 x 10 @ 210

    calf raises
    3 x 10 @ 100 lbs

    abs

    haha, took me long enough

    friday i did mixed chest exercises and ran a mile.
    saturday played football for way too long. come monday, trying a new routine
    :hsd:

    chest/bi's

    flat bench dumbells
    3 x 10 @ 50lbs

    incline dumbells
    3 x 10 @ 35lbs (wasnt sure how much i could do, need to increase weight)

    pec dec
    3 x 10 @ 70 lbs, slow and focused on squeezing chest together.

    followed with curls, preacher curls, and one other exercise

    then .5 mile run

    decline dumbell
    3 x 10 @ 5lbs

    flat bench dumbell
    3 x 10 @ 60 lbs

    hammer press
    3 x 10 @ 90lbs total

    biceps curls (straight bar)
    3 x 10 @ 40

    bicep curls (barbell)
    1 x 20? @ 20lbs each

    then .8 mile run
