I usually take it at night before going to bed. But when I wake up in the morning, i feel bloated and my shit is irregular. Is this normal?

always makes my shit irregular too, usually can't even drink a whole shake of it because it's so thick/digests weirdly. this morning i ran out of whey so i had to chug a scoop of this + egg whites :wtc:

works fine for me... about 14oz milk and big scoop of ON is delicious and i don't wake up feeling like i'm starving. If it seems to thick as a shake then add more fluid, 8oz and a scoop is more like pudding lol

I am using On Nutrietion casein extreme chocolate and mix it with water. The mixing is not the problem, it's the digestion that gets me all screwed. I wake up feeling bloated and heavy.

Could be an allergy or intolerance.
Some people who are fine with whey have adverse reactions to casein.

It's likely an intolerance. Many people have dairy intolerances (whey and cassein proteins included).

I had some tests done recently that confirmed my intolerance of it. I know it's going to not get well digested in my body, and cause me gastro issues, but it's too expensive to eat steak all the time :big grin:

Get lactose digestive enzymes and take it with your protein

I believe ON already puts that in their protein (at least the whey).

Chances are if you still have a reaction to ON you just shouldn't take it.
