This fact I know...but I just ate maybe a little over 1 cup of cottage cheese with some melon on top and 1/2 cup oatmeal and my stomach is in pain. Not normal pain either, not the same kind of, "man i just ate 4 pounds of meat' pain. Ugh, could it be that it was from the commons here on campus?

But i am Lactose Intollerant, sometimes it wouldnt be as bad, but i had severe pain at times.
I thought it might have been the fiber in my cereal, and then realized it was milk!!!
I am OK with cheese, but milk screws me up.
    I just drink Lactaid now.

I was lactose intolerant, I still ate dairy regardless of the stomach aches I had. After a few years I guess my body got used to it?

Casein DOES fill you up more. If you try a whey/casein protein powder blend vs straight whey, the casein is DEFINATELY more filling.
