a little bit of my elbow's cartilage has eroded away according to x-rays taken 6 weeks ago.

i've been resting since then, not doing any upper body work. anyone else have this problem (cartilage erosion anywhere)?

have you been able to go back to lifting heavy weights? :noes:

Do some research on adequan. It's not recommended for human use, but I know lots of guys that have used it. Do your own homework, I'm just telling you it's out there.

I have no cartilage in my left knee from playing football in HS. Had surgery and the doc took it all out. When I move my knee you can now hear the bone grind.
